Truth

The truth
Sometimes inconvenient
But always better
It puts you at ease come what may
You might be in a boiling water
Boiling hotter than a 100
But that's it, nothing more
Grace could speak for you
and grace might not
But at that point,
It could only get better, not worse.

Its a bitter pill when we have done bad
and have to confess
Its a bumpy road our conscience ticks on
Its a path we have to take over and over
when we do not say it
The truth, nothing but the truth opens a new door
A door of calm, and of peace.

The Vacation Idea

  Kiity and I differ on this. What is a vacation? What is a retreat? Kiity made me think of retreat. To me, every time away from work is a vacation. The Many Walks with Kiity

 Ever heard of the benefits of 30 minutes walk everyday?  I bet you have. Walking is a great way to improve or maintain our overall health. Just 30 minutes every make a change in your life. I took a walk for 1 hour once and I felt the effects. It was about 8km in all and I could feel my legs tingling when I finished. The next day, the muscles spoke and I was happy.  Kiity and I enjoy taking lots of walks. We did that a lot in Nigeria both individually and together. I enjoy it more when we do it together. Since we arrived the Netherlands in April this year, we have had several walks and I enjoy it more when we do it together.   Walking over a small bridge, De Poel, Amstelveen I decide to take walks for many reasons;  - To exercise. - To clear my head and away from the familiar - To see the environment and new places. - To breathe a different air.
