Never thought my online diary would ever turn out to be something people read. Its not in any creative format or a well structured format. I just tell the day as it is but then as plain as it is, I have had people contact me about a thing or two I wrote about...for example the Naptin programme, bedc interview and the likes. The Vacation Idea

Kiity and I differ on this. What is a vacation? What is a retreat? Kiity made me think of retreat. To me, every time away from work is a vacation. This is my simple definition. I recall when I was studying. The same definition applied. Anytime away from school is a vacation. When the school is not in session, we are on vacation. The same has applied to my work life. But Kiity sees it differently. The Many Walks with Kiity

Ever heard of the benefits of 30 minutes walk everyday? I bet you have. Walking is a great way to improve or maintain our overall health. Just 30 minutes every make a change in your life. I took a walk for 1 hour once and I felt the effects. It was about 8km in all and I could feel my legs tingling when I finished. The next day, the muscles spoke and I was happy. Kiity and I enjoy taking lots of walks. We did that a lot in Nigeria both individually and together. I enjoy it more when we do it together. Since we arrived the Netherlands in April this year, we have had several walks and I enjoy it more when we do it together.
